WOWT mentions a new facility called RADIUS in Omaha will help troubled youth in the juvenile justice system. The $25 million campus, funded privately, will accommodate 24 boys and girls. Its goal is to rehabilitate youth who can’t stay at home due to challenges and trauma. The facility has living quarters, classrooms, outdoor areas, and support for education and family involvement. The Charles Drew Health Center on campus will provide healthcare. The facility will start serving youth in July 2023.
