Andrew Miller is a dedicated educator with a deep passion for serving youth, families, and the community. Now in his 28th year in education, Andrew has held roles as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, and academic and athletic coach and mentor. In each position, he has worked to support at-risk youth through trauma-informed teaching and restorative practices.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, a Master of Education from California State University, and a Master of Educational Administration from Doane College.

With a heart for servant leadership, Andrew strives to inspire a growth mindset in young people. He believes in the transformative power of trusted relationships and understands the lasting impact that a sense of belonging can bring.
