Alice brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management, risk assessment and compliance process optimization to the role. 

Prior to RADIUS, Alice held financial leadership roles with the Learning Community of Douglas & Sarpy Counties, Nebraska Medicine and Omaha Public Schools. 

She is a dedicated member of several nonprofit professional organizations, having served on the local and executive boards of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. 

Alice earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Arts in Management, both from Bellevue University.
